How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

The delivery times indicated are based on the order date and are presented in working days (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not taken into account in the calculation of the delivery time). In case of exceptional circumstances, Spartoo cannot be responsible for the delay of delivery.

Items marked "Partner Product" will have different delivery services and costs. Please consult the product page to see the delivery policy for the partner product.

Can I ship to an alternative address?

You can choose to get your order delivered to an address other than your billing address. Just enter this address during the checkout process.

If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.

The following information applies to all products except "Partner Products". "Partner products" are subject to their own Delivery and Returns policies (see details on the product descriptions).

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Once your parcel is despatched, Spartoo will send you an email with a link so that you follow the different steps of your delivery.
Click on this link to be taken to the website of the delivery company you have chosen. You can then see exactly where your parcel is at any time.

What if my order does not arrive?

All packages shipped by Spartoo.co.uk include a tracking number, which allows you to follow the delivery. Spartoo.co.uk will email you when your order is dispatched, giving you a tracking which allows you to track the delivery of your package. The first step in knowing the progress of your delivery is to use the link provided by Spartoo.co.uk to find out where your package is located.

- If your package is being delivered and the maximum delivery time communicated by Spartoo.co.uk has not been exceeded: we invite you to wait until your order is delivered. Please be aware that if your package is indicated as being pending at the post office or available at the relay point, it is important that you travel to pick up your package where it is waiting for you.

- If your package does not appear during delivery or if the maximum delivery time communicated by Spartoo.co.uk is exceeded, we invite you to contact our customer service.
