Ladies IOMI Flight Socks IOMI flight and travel compression socks are designed to help reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in flight and other forms of extended travel. The graduated compression designed within the sock helps maintain regular blood flow back up the legs around the rest of your body. You will find these flight socks also help relieve poor circulation, tired aching legs and swollen feet & ankles when travelling. With a compression factor of 18mmHg, these socks have been laboratory tested in the UK and have conformed to the BS6612:1985 British standard. IOMI flight socks have also been registered with the medicines and healthcare products UK regulatory agency and have been confirmed as a class 1 medical device. Ladies IOMI flight socks are available in a size 4-7 UK. There is a choice of two colours including beige and black and they are made from 88% nylon 12% elastane and they are 40 denier. They are machine washable and are made in the United Kingdom. How to measure your size?
1) Bust : measure around the fullest part of your bust and across your shoulder blades.
2) Waist : measure around the natural waist, keeping the tape measure taut.
3) Hips : stand with your feet together. Put the tape around the fullest part of your bottom at the top of your let, about 20cm (8") below your natural waistline.
4) Leg : is measured from the top of the inner thigh to the bottom of the feet.
5) Foot length : measure from the base of the heel to the big toe.
