Not only were they £20 cheaper than the high street, but they arrived very quickly.2 months later, boots had deteriorated quite substantially over that space of time, to the point where leather was being slowly torn from the seems. Wrote an email to their customer service describing the problem. They came back very quickly, agreeing to replace the boots. Within the week of returning mine by post, I had replacements back with me.Very well done, will recommend and use again
I found what I had looked for ( without success) on may other sites. Spartoo had all sizes and colours and better still, the price was at least £10 less than the nearest competitor. The shoes arrived promptly, they were well packaged and I was given adequate notice via their email service. The shoes didn't,fit and we needed a size smaller. We repacked the shoes and used the free returns service conveniently using a convenience storenearby to handle the return. We then got notification that the shoes had been returned safely and then the replacement shoes were sent out to us arriving in less than 2 days. Great service. I will definitely use again.

I'm really pleased with the quick delivery, excellent packaging and quality of this jacket. It is a true size 12. I like the length and quilted gold lining. The fur is very thick and the hood is lined with a white fur fabric. It kept me warm on a chilly windy day. The fur is removable which is useful, so the coat can be used at other times of the year. I happily recommend it.

The website is brilliant, I was sceptical at first because I have never heard of the website before but it is absolutely brilliant. A product that I have wanted was sold out everywhere but they had it which was brilliant. It came arrived the next day in the morning which is brilliant, free of charge. I bought these boots as a gift for my Wife. We usually go to Lapland every winter and need something warm and waterproof for snow shoeing and general use. Over the years we've seen Sorrel boots in use in cold climates and have been impressed with them. I have a pair and love them, very warm and comfortable. Very helpful lady on the phone, then got an email less than 5 hours later to say that my jackets had left the depot in France and will be with me in two days' time! How brilliant is that? I was searching for a particular pair of ankle boots because my size was out of stock on every other website, and those that did have it in stock were selling it at full price or dearer instead of the sale price. I found the pair of boots in my size on Spartoo at the sale price. I was a bit dubious at first as I had never heard of the website before. However, my boots arrived as promised in three days and they are amazing and I managed to get them at the sale price in my size! I would definitely recommend and will be using again.

I found these boots by chance after looking at the official DM site - my size was sold out. The fit is fine although the leather around the ankles does feel like it will give me some jip. I am pleased with my purchase as these were cheaper than the ones that had sold out. No complaints about the delivery as they arrived within the expected time period.

I called the customer service to exchange them and talked with an incredibly helpful and polite lady who was even nice enough to send me a separate e-mail with the Collect+ points that are near to my house.I received e-mails about every step and everything took less than a week.The boots arrived today and they fit perfectly.I would recommend Spartoo to everyone, their customer service is one of the best I've ever encountered. Spartoo were quick to dispatch my shoes, but unfortunately UPS held on to my parcel for 5 days before even attempting to deliver. Spartoo are fabulous as are their products and at superb prices with free delivery., I wont hesitate to order again, but wont expect UPS to deliver within the time-frame.
I bought some trainers for my son which ended up being a bit too tight. I checked online and found that spartoo have a free returns policy with collect+. I was able to easily exchange for the correct size and at no extra cost to myself!

I wanted a particular trainer that no one else had only Spartoo so if you're struggling to find something try these guys as they have a massive selection. These mesh blue Skechers, are worth every penny & fit like a glove on my feet & they are really amazing, to walk around in & are also like walking on clouds. I love the fact, that they have the new, gel-infused built into the memory foam as well now, to keep you cool on your feet when walking around. I got the dark blue in these lovely Skechers, in a size 8UK & I usually wear a size 9UK on my feet. But a size 8UK is a perfect fit, all around for me too. I wish they had the (red burg) colour in them, but they seemed, to be always sold out, in a UK size 8 for me to buy a pair!! Fantastic trainers.
