I Have ordered from Spartoo a few times now, I love the choice and styles of the trainers. Quality is good.One of my orders was lost in the post, I told Spartoo only a few days after it was late. They chased it up and quickly found something was wrong, so sent me another pair and I got it promptly.

These trainers were cheaper than anywhere and delivered really quick. I have now shopped with them twice and the service and price has been excellent. I will use Spartoo again.

I had to return the shoes I ordered as I needed a size smaller and it was very convenient to use a local shop to return them to, rather than go to the post office. I am currently waiting for the right pair, but they were shipped from spartoo already and I liked being given updates at every stage.

I was trying to get hold of some boots that were not made anymore as I wanted to replace a much loved pair I have worn to death. My wife wanted a particular pair of Ugg boots in size five and a half. We quickly discovered that they were rare and every supplier we could think of were stocked out. When we googled them Spartoo was the only supplier we found who had them in stock. As we had never heard of Spartoo we ordered with a fair amount of trepidation. We needn't have worried, the boots came within 4 days, the price was competetive and the service was as good as I've experienced anywhere. First Class!!!

The free returns policy will not be needed which does not surprise me as Timberland are extremely well made shoes. If you didn't want free delivery with Yodel it was inly £2 extra to have your parcel delivered by UPS. Unfortunately the boots I ordered were too small so were returned on a Saturday and I had notification of the return and full refund details the following Monday. I telephoned Spartoo and had no trpuble getting through, I spoke to a woman in customer service who could not do enough for me, she sent me a reurn slip by email, then I purchased another pair the next size up.
